BA Welcome Reception Info

Registration is now officially open for those interested in pouring at the CBC Welcome Reception that will take place on Monday, April 28^th from 6:00-8:00pm at Lucas Oil Stadium. The BA is looking for 30-35 breweries to participate. They will begin filling those spots with breweries that are BA members as well as Guild members. If you’re interested in participating, please review and complete the invitation link below as soon as you’re able. If capacity is not reached by March 7, registration will open to non-Guild members. Those registered to participate will receive (2) passes to the party as well as (1) Brew EXPO only badge for you to send someone from your team to the tradeshow!

Beer Donations

Thank you for your interest in donating beer, or beyond beer beverages, to the 2025 Craft Brewers Conference® and BrewExpo® America in Indianapolis. The Brewers Association, our Conference Sponsors, and our attendees greatly appreciate these contributions from our members. Please complete the form linked below and indicate any specific areas where your beer should be served (if applicable). You may also select to make a “general” donation and we will serve your beer where there is a need. Donations are only open to BA professional brewery members that meet the BA definition of craft.
