If you’re reading this, you already love Indiana-brewed craft beer. Odds are good you love local food, too, so you should check out Dig In: A Taste of Indiana, the state’s best farm-to-fork food festival.

Indiana chefs, brewers, vintners and food artisans will showcase a bevy of prepared dishes and beverages. Admission includes all the samples and live performances by Indiana-based musical groups.

With access to 40 samples of local food prepared by chefs from all parts of the state, the event offers a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else, all for about the same price as a good meal.

There’s plenty of variety, even if you don’t consider yourself a “foodie.” Check out the menu here.

Dig IN: A Taste of Indiana will also feature a chef’s competition for the first time where up-and-coming sous-chefs will be given a choice of local ingredients and asked to prepare a unique meal based on a given theme.

If you’ve been to our Winterfest, Bloomington Craft Beer Festival, or Indiana Microbrewers Festival, you may’ve taken advantage of Early Bird tickets that allow you to get in to the beer fests an hour early. You can buy Early Entry tickets for Dig IN, which not only let you get to the food you want the most more quickly, but also give you the opportunity to chat with the chefs who work so hard to prepare great food for you.

Bon appetit, and cheers!
