I have a service/goods trade agreement with the Guild
Agreement
The parties to this contract are the Indiana Brewers Guild (hereafter the Guild) and my company as noted in this registration form (hereafter referred as “Sponsor”).
Whereas, the Guild is hosting an Event known as the Indiana Craft Brewers Conference to occur November 10-11, 2024 at West Fork Whiskey Company and has the right to sponsor and vend at and during the said Event.
Whereas, Sponsor desires to vend the items described in this form at and during said Event.
Whereas, Sponsor agrees to pay the Guild the sum of selected Sponsorship level above for a license to vend at and during said Event. Sponsor registration & payment deadline is October 11.
In exchange for said fee, Sponsor will receive the selected sponsorship and sponsorship benefits listed in the provided sponsorship kit.
Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows:
1. Sponsor shall have access to the location no less than two hours prior to the start of the Event for set up.
**Specific event booth location, load-in and load-out instructions will be provided to you no later than two weeks prior to Event.
2. Sponsor agrees that its setup will not exceed allotted space.
3. Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Indiana, Indiana Brewers Guild and those of the Event Venue.
4. Sponsor agrees to have one staff person at the booth at all times during said Event hours.
5. No music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor’s staff at the location unless prior permission given.
6. Sponsor agrees to leave booth area in the same or better condition to which it was received. Sponsor will use recycling and trash bins provided on the event site and will break down all supply/inventory boxes. Sponsors who do not comply with the clean requirements will be charged a $50 cleanup fee and possibly not receive future invitations to participate in any Guild events/festivals.
7. Sponsor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Guild staff, board of directors and agents against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Sponsors presence at the Event and Sponsors activities of any kind.
Selecting the box serves as a signed agreement for which all parties involved agree and accept the following as a binding contract.
