The Beer Barons of Milwaukee, a club of homebrewers and beer enthusiasts with the mission of promoting the education and enjoyment of fermented malt beverages, is offering a scholarship for Midwest brewery professionals to attend a 2-week course at Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago.
