1. Sponsor/vendor will have access to the location no less than four hours prior to the start of the event for set up.
2. Sponsor/vendor agrees that its setup will not exceed allotted space.
3. Sponsor/vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Indiana, Indiana Brewers Guild and those of the Event Venue.
4. Sponsor/vendor agrees to have one staff person at the booth at all times during said event hours.
5. No music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor’s staff at the location unless prior permission given.
6. Sponsor/vendor agrees to leave booth area in the same condition in which it was received. Sponsor will use recycling and trash bins provided on the event site and will break down all supply/inventory boxes. Sponsors/vendors who do not comply with the clean requirements will be charged a $50 cleanup fee and possibly not receive future invitations to participate in Guild events.
7. Sponsor/vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Indiana Brewers Guild staff, board of directors and agents against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with the sponsor’s presence at the event.
8. No vehicular traffic is allowed on the festival grounds after 12:30p, and all vehicles must be off by 1p. Any special deliveries must be made by pushcart, hand carried or coordinated
9. Food and beverage vendors may sell bottled water, sodas, lemonade, teas, coffee, shake-ups and smoothies, per menu acceptance.
10. Food vendors agree to provide a sufficient quantity of each item on its approved menu list to fill orders during the operational hours of the Spring Fest.
11. Food vendors will dump trash, grease or similar waste in places other than in proper receptacles.
12. Food vendors must comply with regulations of the Monroe County Health Department.
13. Food vendors must provide water for handwashing per the guidelines of the Monroe County Health Department.
14. The Guild reserves the right to inspect vendor booth spaces and operation from time to time at its sole discretion to ensure that the vendor is in compliance of this agreement and reserves the right to close any offending booths until the breach can be corrected.
15. Food vendors should be equipped with a fire extinguisher and if you are frying food you are required by the Fire Marshall to have a Series K fire extinguisher on site.
16. Food vendors must obtain a license from the Monroe County Department of Health. Vendors will be inspected by a Health Department representative during the Festival, at a time to be decided by the Health Department. Violations of local health regulations may result in booth closing and/or fines, at the sole discretion of the Health Department. The Brewers Guild will not be held liable for any loss of income, inconvenience, or other liability caused by vendor’s violation of Health Department regulations. 17. Food vendors must bring their own ice.
18. Food vendors are responsible for providing storage containers and properly disposing of refuse per the health code of MCHD. Food vendors are not permitted to use trash cans in the food court area.
19. Food vendors agree to obtain property and liability insurance coverage in an amount equal to at least $300,000 per person and $1,000,000 per incident, and will furnish the Guild with a certificate from the issuer of insurance confirming such coverage and listing the Indiana Brewers Guild, Board of Directors and Staff as Additional Insured including the following wording: Certificate holder is included as Additional Insured with respect to General & Automobile Liability on a primary, noncontributory basis per written contract or agreement subject to policy terms and conditions. Waiver of Subrogation is included in favor of the Certificate Holder with respect to General & Automobile Liability and Worker’s Compensation per written contract or agreement subject to policy terms and conditions.
