Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows:

  1. Vendor shall have access to the location no less than four hours prior to the start of the Event for set up.  

**Specific event booth location, load-in and load-out instructions will be provided to you no later than two weeks prior to Event. 

  1. Vendor understands that merchandise sold at the festival must not include glass growlers, pint glasses or any other vessel that could hold beer unless prior written consent given by authorized IBG’s staff.
  2. Vendor agrees that its setup will not exceed allotted space.
  3. Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Indiana, the Indiana Brewers Guild and those of the Event Venue.
  4. Vendor agrees to have one staff person at the booth at all times during said Event hours.

    This is for electrical to be pulled for your booth. The state fair has plenty of plugs around for free but if you are on the inside with the brewers you won’t have access to those plugs and they would need to be pulled. All larger booths will be on the outside unless they are large sponsors.

    Silent Auction Donation for Winter Woodlands
    Would you be interested in donating an item for our silent auction at the Winter Woodlands event on Friday, February 7th? This event will benefit the Brewery Education Fund. We hope to expand upon this event as we move forward and hope it will be a great opportunity for some local artists to get their names out there!
