Board members are elected to serve a 3-year term and are expected to attend at least 75% of board meetings each year. Generally the board meets 6-8 times and we provide a virtual option to accommodate those all across the State. Board members are responsible for being active participants who work together to set and measure goals, provide strategic governance and oversight, manage the financial health of the Guild, set policies, and establish and maintain a clear direction, vision, and mission for the Guild.

It’s currently a pivotal time to be involved and engaged with the Guild’s Board of Directors as we take a deep dive into the benefits that mean the most to breweries, how we connect in a meaningful way with craft beer consumers, and bring the organization back to full force. Indiana will also serve as host to the Brewers Association’s Craft Brewers Conference in Spring 2025 which will be an important, exciting time to represent and highlight what brewers are doing so well here in Indiana.

Participating on the Board is intended to be a fulfilling, fun experience that sets the path forward for the craft brewing industry in Indiana for years to come.

If you’ve made it this far, we’re excited about your interest and can’t wait to learn more about your desire to get more engaged. If you have questions, want to learn more about the current projects and conversations the Board is having, or want to discuss further about the ways that you can make an impact before submitting your name on the ballot, please reach out to Julia at julia@drinkIN.beer to set up a call or meeting!
