Indiana Breweries Compete in 7th Annual Best of Craft Beer Awards
285 Medals Awarded Across 95 Beer Categories | Indiana Claims 19 Total Medals
Bend, OR – February 9th, 2020
During the weekend of February 7-9th, national judges descended upon Bend, Oregon to judge over 2,200 entries into the 2020 Best of Craft Beer Awards competition. Judging took place during five sessions over a 3-day period by 100 of the most qualified national judges. They awarded 285 gold, silver, and bronze medals to 375 brewery locations around the world.
12 Indiana brewing locations entered 88 beers, and 11 of those breweries took home 19 total medals. OR, CA, and WA out-performed Indiana with total medals (because of total entries), but weren’t even close when comparing entering-to-winning brewery numbers (92% win ratio for Indiana).
